Simon Beylin- President
Simon has always been an entrepreneur at heart. While completing specialty training in endodontics, he also participated in the inaugural Credentials of Business Readiness program at Harvard Business School. As an endodontist turned leading commercial builder of dental and medical practices, turned multifamily developer, Simon brings extensive development and construction experience to the team. He began developing commercial real estate while still in business school, forming Beylin Builders. Beylin Builders is now recognized as the premier builder of dental, medical, and veterinary practices throughout New England. The success of Beylin Builders has led Simon to establish Beylin Development, a land development, residential development, and commercial ground-up development firm.
Garret Smith- VP of Construction
Garret brings to the team 20 years of industrial, commercial, and residential construction experience. His major
and recent project involvement includes: 8,700 SF 10 unit apartment building, Transmission Gas Utility Facility
Upgrade Project, Ridgway Lacy Custom Home, and 5,400 SF warehouse/office for local garage door company. He
started his journey in the residential sector working for one of the largest home builders in the pacific northwest
where he managed extremely tight schedules. He then moved to commercial and industrial construction project
management during the recession where he sharpened his expertise for managing budgets and controlling
scope.
